Fastastic Guitar Music From Depapepe

Depapepe is a Japanese two-man acoustic guitar duo that plays absolutely fantastic guitar. Their music is full of life and enthusiasm. I'm am currently very fascinated by them.

It seems that some of their CDs are overpriced on amazon.com. That's some out of their more than dozen released CDs. Too many for me to list below.

Found some really great stuff on Youtube on my all-time favourite soundtrack, Chrono Cross.

Have been listening to it for years and the orchestra version really adds to the already amazing experience. There's even an orchestra dedicated to gaming music.

Open Source Movie Magic: Big Buck Bunny

Big Buck Bunny is an impressive showcase of Blender, the open source 3D software. The character design and animation is top notch. The story this time is much simpler than their previous clip, Elephants Dream (embedded below).

This short clip is also available for download in HD format at their Big Buck Bunny official blog. 1920 by 1080!! Make sure your graphics card is up for the job.

They are doing some really great web promotion by releasing the clip for free, and putting it on Youtube.
